Jethro loves TV and has done his best to scare his parents with several media jobs instead of attending law school. He was told he was replaceable at E! when he worked on the "E! True Hollywood Story" (which wasn't true). While writing and producing TV documentaries for Discovery, National Geographic Channel and the History Channel, he was kicked out of several executive producers'offices when he told them they had no idea what they were doing. And his TV articles were edited within an inch of their lives at Los Angeles Times' Show Tracker and Metromix.com.

Now at Zap2it, he gets to interview his favorite stars, report the scoops and watch TV with relative freedom. He has a B.A. in journalism from NYU and an MA in writing from USC. Both of which were ways to get out of doing horrific jobs and live in cool cities.

Most embarrassing celebrity encounter: After showing me a tour of his show room, designer Isaac Mizrahi told me my flip cam wasn't on.

Celebrity everyone seems to hate, but I love: Andy Dick.

Guilty pop culture addiction: Any show on TLC with "little people" in it.

Words to live by: If someone doesn't hate you, you're doing something wrong.

Celebrity I'd switch teams for: Drew Barrymore.
