Despite an introduction to "Saturday Night Live" at an inappropriately young age, Sophie was not allowed to watch cable television during her formative years. Her world subsequently opened up after being exposed to MTV and "Austin Powers." The rest is history.

This Zap2it newbie is super thankful to have found a place which not only validates, but appreciates her sickening obsession with pop-culture. After at least a decade of obsessing over how to marry Zac Hanson, practicing her lip-synching in hopes of becoming the next Britney Spears and wishing her life was more like "The OC," her friends and family were getting tired of pretending to listen.

Sophie spent four years reporting on hockey, hockey and more hockey at the Rochester Institute of Technology, taking a brief hiatus to intern with "Access Hollywood" in LA during college. These days, the reality-show junkie spends her time dancing to Ke$ha, gazing at photos of Taylor Lautner and/or Chris Pine, and watching anything and everything broadcast on MTV, E! or Bravo.

In 2010 Sophie won a College Emmy for her work in sports broadcasting, and aside from that time she got a concussion playing hockey in high school, her parents have never been prouder.
