10 Spoilers: 'Hart of Dixie' does a little small-town crossdressing and a 'New Girl' roommate goes apartment hunting
This week's Monday Kickstart includes a "New Girl" roommate shake-up, a returning favorite on "Supernatural," and news about a "Smash" character that's going to go in a different direction next season.
"Suburgatory": If you loved the "Clueless" references in the most recent episode, get ready for plenty more as Eden and George get more serious. Neither Dallas nor Tessa are uber-thrilled about this particular turn... but as a bonus, Tessa gets a new Crystal Cup of Crystals uniform that is crystal-tastic and amazing.
"Parks & Recreation": The May 10 season finale will feature the return of Jean-Ralphio. We can't say much about what he does in the episode, but we can tell you this: His hair is perhaps more epic than it's ever been.
"Smash": Expect the season finale to end with some major cliffhangers. "It's really appropriate that the show within the show is called bombshell," Jaime Cepero tells Zap2it. Perhaps the best news is that in Season 2, Ellis will go down a "very different avenue." Hopefully one that's less obnoxious? (P.S. We got a sneak peek at Ivy and Karen's new duet -- appropriately titled "Smash" -- and it's fantastic.)
"New Girl": Nick's ex-girlfriend Caroline is coming back into the picture, and it looks like she's not going to have any trouble getting Nick back. Also, Cece's grandmother will make a memorable -- and kind of terrifying -- appearance. By the end of the season, one of the roommates will be seriously considering moving out of the apartment.
"The Vampire Diaries": Esther is seriously back with a vengeance. In the next few episodes, we'll once again be reminded that while vampires may be threatening, witches are ultimately far more powerful than any other creatures. Oh, and Stefan/Elena fans -- if you were bummed out by last week's "Delena" focus, cease your Twitter death threats. This Thursday, it's your turn.
"Eureka": The false world that we discovered in episode one is starting to unravel. In tonight's episode, Beverly is not all she seems, and that is saying a lot -- plus, Holly is seeing dragons in the forest. Not everyone will survive the season's third episode.
"Veep": A situation develops in South Africa and Selina gets to play President... for about 20 minutes. But it's better than nothing, right?
"Don't Trust The B---- in Apartment 23": Chloe encourages June to explore her wild side... and then gets super jealous when James starts hanging out with New June. After all, Chloe only arrives at events with celebrities, so when June is using her go-to C-lister, Chloe has to resort to desperate (and sort of despicable) measures to get some recognizable arm candy.
"Supernatural": Everyone's favorite character will be back in time for the finale -- yes, we're talking about the Impala. Speaking of favorites, Jim Beaver tells us there's a good chance he'll return as Bobby in Season 8 -- so while it looks like he won't be coming back to life any time soon, we can expect him not to be banished forever.
"Hart of Dixie": Well... we'll just let this photo speak for itself.
