Yes, the news is she's already pregnant, but on Tuesday's (Sept. 2) Season 8 midseason premiere of  "19 Kids and Counting" we learned some more details on Jill Duggar's wedding to Derick Dillard. There's a lot to do and they're pulling it together in three months. Three months! Did we mention she's already expecting?

Wait, were you looking for Jill's actual wedding tonight? Sorry. No. There was no wedding on the show tonight. Bait and switch teaser commercials!

But of course, there's other stuff going on, because this is the Duggar family.

For Mother's Day, Jill and Jessa cook up a big group dinner for the Seewald and Dillard families together, so everyone can meet. During this dinner, Jim Bob asks Ben (Jessa's beau) if he'd consider working for him, and living on the Duggar property so he's a little closer to Jessa during their courtship. His family lives a few hours away in Hot Springs, so up until this point, he's only been able to visit about every other weekend. He agrees ... and what's another mouth to feed right? It'll just add to the work for the chaperones though. While he may be living in the guest house, there's no change in their courtship standards. There's even a curfew imposed by Jim Bob now. You're getting in deep there, Ben.

During this time, Derick's mom is undergoing treatment for non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, adding to the emotion and stress. She wasn't able to attend the Mother's Day dinner, but the King and Queen of Skype (Jill and Derick) video-conferenced her to say hi.

Also, Jim Bob and a bunch of the kids are finishing up the renovation of a house he's planning on flipping, but in the meantime, Jill and Derick will start out there as house-sitters (read: rent free) until they get a place of their own. Sweet deal, Daddy Duggar, because this house is gorgeous. Lucky newlyweds.

So, wait, where was the wedding? Not much was revealed about Jill and Derick's wedding in this midseason premiere besides a quick meeting with a wedding planner. They look to invite 1,500 people. Yes. 1,500. As Jill says, when you're friends with families like your own (many, many kids) the guest list starts going nuts. Looks like we may get more wedding details next Tuesday (Sept. 9.) But who knows when we'll see the actual wedding, full-frontal hugging and GASP! first kiss.
