Joey Chestnut was crowned the winner for a record-breaking seventh year in a row, taking home the coveted Mustard Belt (pictured above). Chestnut has dominated the annual Nathan's contest since 2007, when he defeated the previous six-time winner Takeru Kobayashi.

In 2013, not only did Chestnut win again, but he bested his own world record of 68 hot dogs by one, consuming 69 hot dogs in 10 minutes. Goodness.

On the women's side, Sonya Thomas won the contest for the third year in a row. She has won every years since its inception. Thomas ate over 36 hot dogs, which is actually a bit off her normal pace. The two previous years, Thomas ate 45 and 40 hot dogs.
