'24: Live Another Day' casts Tate Donovan: Who will he play?
"24: Live Another Day" just added a new face to its ranks, and the role contains a major spoiler.
Tate Donovan has joined the FOX reboot miniseries as the White House Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau. But his position isn't the spoiler ... it's his spouse.
Boudreau -- an astute and strong-willed political advisor -- is married to President James Heller's (William Devane) daughter, Audrey Raines (Kim Raver), a.k.a. Jack Bauer's (Kiefer Sutherland) former flame. We sense some awkward moments ahead.
Of course, Jack Bauer has a few other things higher on his priority list to worry about, like the fact that in "24: Live Another Day," he is an exile being tracked by CIA operations head Steve Harris (Benjamin Bratt), agent Kate Morgan (Yvonne Strahovski), computer tech Jordan Reed (Giles Matthey) and field operative Erik Ritter (Gbenga Akinnagbe). Plus, he's at odds with his trusty sidekick Chloe O'Brian (Mary Lynn Rajskub).
"24: Live Another Day" kicks off with a two-hour premiere on Monday, May 5 at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
