ACM Awards 2013 best dressed: Carrie Underwood, Jana Kramer, and more shine on the red carpet

Things that normally might seem to be a little much are welcome at the ACM Awards, though, so Zap2it's Best Dressed women were all about the bold choices!

The ever-elegant Carrie Underwood wore a Naeem Khan gown with a big, oversized floral print. She described the dress as "forgiving" -- a good thing, since she said she had indulged in some serious dining since arriving in Las Vegas.

"One Tree Hill" star and country newbie Jana Kramer went all-out with fringe, paneling, chiffon, and a whole lot of sequins. Normally, we might raise an eyebrow at this one -- but she kept her hair understated and didn't accessorize, so we kind of loved it. Plus, that smile (and the engagement ring from fiance Brantley Gilbert) makes any outfit.

Kimberly Perry from The Band Perry wore her very first Dior dress this weekend! With a metallic panel and a high-low skirt, the dress was sleek and sophisticated... the perfect contrast to her giant, over-the-top country hair.

Additionally, Jewel turned heads in a coral Georges Chakra gown with extraordinary detailing. And for the final Best Dressed contender, Hillary Scott from Lady Antebellum fully embraced her maternity clothing in a dress from A Pea In A Pod. Yeah, maybe not the most glamorous choice -- but we had to include her, because it's tough to make being that pregnant look that good!
