If a new lawsuit is right, Alanis Morissette doesn't sound like a very good person to work for. A former nanny is allegedly suing the singer and her rapper husband Mario Treadway, claiming horrible work conditions, which included being held more or less captive.

Bianca Cambeiro claims in her suit that she was forced to stay in a room with Morisette's newborn son while he slept, during 12-hour night shifts between August 2011 and March 2013, TMZ reports. She wasn't even allowed a break for eating the suit says, unless relieved by one of the parents or the daytime nanny.

She's allegedly asking for $100,000 due to emotional distress, plus an additional $30,000 consisting of unpaid overtime, among other money owed. There's been no word from Alanis or her reps.
