Alec Baldwin's Twitter rant: Was his wife Hilaria texting during James Gandolfini's funeral?
Baldwin took offense to a story on UK tabloid The Daily Mail's website that claims his wife Hilaria Baldwin was tweeting during the funeral of actor James Gandolfini. Baldwin insists that isn't true (Hilaria denies it too) and unleashed a stream of angry, profanity-laced tweets on the subject, which are only likely to draw more attention to the story.
A few censored examples:
-- "My wife and I attend a funeral to pay our respects to an old friend, and some toxic Brit writes this f---ing trash"
-- "If put my foot up your f---ing ass, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much"
-- "I'm gonna find you, George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I'm gonna f---...you...up."
So, yeah, he's upset.
Baldwin followed the bulk of the rant with what may be the most telling (and hilarious) tweet: "I don't have a publicist anymore. I fired them."
We still miss "30 Rock," but how happy must Tina Fey be that outbursts like this are no longer her problem?
