alex-trebek-jeopardy.jpg "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek says he's planning on taking better care of himself after suffering a heart attack. The 71-year-old tells People that despite a four-night hospital stay, he's already back to his normal routine.

"I'm going to try and take it easy, but I have a lot of things to do around the house," Trebek tells People.

In fact, he had been doing housework for days when he began to feel pain, but didn't go to the hospital until his wife forced him to get it checked out. "She was very adamant and had tears in her eyes," he explains -- and it turns out she was right.

Doctors found a blockage in one of the arteries that supplies blood to the heart, but Trebek tells People that his body cleared the blockage itself. "My heart seems to heal, so that speaks well for my future."

Trebek should be good to go when "Jeopardy!" goes back into production in July.
