Amanda Bynes' car impounded by police during traffic stop - report
Cops had stopped Bynes, Sept. 9, for reportedly driving with her headlights off but only gave her a verbal warning. Today, however, police in Burbank impounded her BMW. On Sept. 11, TMZ reported that she was driving "aimlessly" for hours while smoking out of what appeared to be a marijuana pipe.
Bynes is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 27 on two counts of misdemeanor hit and run for separate accidents on April 10 and Aug. 4. She is awaiting trial on DUI charges related to an April 6 arrest.
E! News reports that Judge Marsha Revel scheduled a hearing Sept. 21 to address the district attorney's concerns about the terms of Bynes' bail and "new circumstances" that have come to light since her original arrest.
Hopefully someone will give her a lift to the courthouse.
