Amanda Bynes is becoming quite the prolific tweeter. Calling Jay-Z "ugly face" and wishing for Drake to "murder" her lady parts is old news. The actress now says Twitter is the only reliable source for news on her life.

In a tweet sent Thursday (April 11), Bynes writes, "I don't speak to my parents anymore, they don't talk to reporters on my behalf. Don't believe anything you read about me unless I tweet it." She followed that with another message, reading, "My friends don't speak on my behalf either. Please don't read anything about me needing help. That offends me. Follow me on twitter!"

In a tweet that has since been deleted, Bynes says she had to shave her head when her hair was damaged by a salon. Additionally, she proclaimed her mutual love for the Kardashian sisters, after they talked about her makeover during their takeover of "Chelsea Lately."

Bynes is also threatening to sue every media outlet that reports on her alleged "erratic behavior," such as reports she was booted from a gymnastics class, along with websites that hire paparazzi who take photos of her from bad angles. She had previously asked that the only photos used of her for news stories be taken from her Twitter account, while also revealing she has an eating disorder.

As for what Amanda will have to say next, if shouldn't take long to find out.
