Amanda Bynes suing over naked tanning salon story
According to the magazine, Bynes recently walked around a tanning salon in New York wearing nothing but a pair of protective goggles.
"(She) didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked," an eyewitness says, adding that Bynes looked "painfully thin" and "seemed totally out of it."
But the actress says it didn't happen, and she's taking the magazine to court.
"I'm suing In Touch for printing a fake story," Bynes tells Us Weekly. "I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multimillionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."
Bynes is still facing a DUI, two hit-and-run counts and two charges for driving with a suspended license.
