Amber Portwood grounded from 'Teen Mom' by Indiana judge

teen-mom-amber-portwood.png "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood has been in court recently due to a drug arrest back in December. Now Portwood has reached a plea deal that will keep her out of jail, but she has been ordered to live in a halfway house for up to three years and a get a court-approved job that she attends five days a week, reports TMZ.

TMZ also says that being on "Teen Mom" will not count as a job, plus the judge has ruled that Portwood cannot tape any MTV project while staying at the halfway house, working at her court-approved job or appearing in court.

And finally, the judge has reportedly  been in contact with MTV and the network assured the judge they would not sue Portwood for breach of contract because of the sentencing.

Looks like "Teen Mom" is moving on without Portwood. Now, if we could just get "Teen Mom" to move on entirely...
