Amber Portwood: 'Teen Mom' chooses prison over drug rehab
Amber was sentenced to five years of hard time for drug possession in January, but the judge offered her the chance to skip the prison sentence in exchange for successfully completing a drug rehabilitation program.
In court Thursday, however, Amber reportedly told the judge she hasn't stayed clean since starting her program, adding that she will always be a "bad girl." The reality star apparently didn't clue her lawyer into what she was planning to say, as TMZ reports that he looked shocked and shook his head during the hearing.
Amber will remain in Madison County Jail until her sentencing in a few weeks.
