ahs-s2-angelina.jpg "American Horror Story" has started fleshing out its Season 2 characters and TV Line is reporting that a major nemesis for returning scene-stealer Jessica Lange is going to be patterned after Angelina Jolie's "Girl, Interrupted" character.

Lisa Rowe was Angelina's "Girl" character and her dangerous, brash nature got her in trouble in the mental institution where the movie took place. The casting notice for "AHS" says that Gia is a fierce, ferocious, extremely sexual and dangerous wild-child sexpot who harbors a secret. The second season of "AHS" is also going to take place in a "horror institution."

TV Line tosses out Adrianne Palicki as a castin gidea. We could also see the show bringing back Alexandra Breckenridge in the role. Or perhaps someone like "True Blood's" Evan Rachel Wood. Or maybe someone like Alexis Bledel, in a complete departure from how we're used to seeing her.

Who do you think would be good?

And just as an aside - do you suppose the fact that the character's name is Gia is a coincidence? (That was one of Angelina's earliest roles, for those of you keeping score at home.)
