'American Idol' Carrie Underwood shares World Almanac cover with Barack Obama
The "World Almanac and Book of Facts 2010" features the President and First Lady on the cover as well as Underwood and White Sox baseball player Mark Buehrle, who had pitched a perfect game in the past year.
How does Underwood qualify for distinction? She's the top-selling "Idol" alumni, selling over 10.5 million albums in the U.S. and is the artist with the most top 10s on the country chart among solo women this decade. Recently, she achieved her second No. 1 album on Billboard with "Play On."
The "World Almanac," currently in stores, sells for $12.99.
On Monday, Dec. 7, she headlines "Carrie Underwood: An All-Star Holiday Special on FOX.
