'American Idol': Elliott Yamin, Kara DioGuardi in Angola for 'Idol Gives Back'

elliott-yamin-kara-dioguardi-angola.jpg Elliott Yamin and Kara DioGuardi recently traveled to Angola for the upcoming "Idol Gives Back" show for "American Idol." Check out this video of their incredible trip.

"Idol Gives Back" kicked off six weeks ago when Kris Allen traveled to Haiti and returned to "Idol" to talk about his trip and encourage people to donate at Idol Aid.

Now stars both "Idol"-connected and not are coming together for the charity event. Season 5 runner-up Elliott Yamin and current "Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi headed to Angola and met with a woman named Sister Dominguez (sp?), who started a school for displaced children. Thanks to AI Now for the video, below.

Ryan Seacrest has been busy for "Idol Gives Back," flying up to Seattle to meet with Bill and Melinda Gates about a donation. Celebrities like David Duchovny, Chris Rock and Justin Bieber have also been recording their PSAs for broadcast during the show, which airs Wednesday, April 21.
