'American Idol' Top 13 song list: 'All By Myself,' 'Umbrella' and more

idol-top-13.jpgIt's a bit earlier than expected, but "American Idol's" Top 13 is officially underway.

The performance show was pre-taped on Tuesday, Mar. 8, and will air tomorrow, Wednesday, Mar. 9. The reason the show will not be live? It's for the producers to make sure they can fit all the performances and critiques into a two-hour slot.

But enough with the boring stuff, let's move on. The Top 13's first theme was pretty simple: "Your Personal Idol." Pretty self-explanatory, no? A few contestants surprised us with their choices ( LeAnn Rimes?) and some didn't shock us at all (cough -- Diana Ross -- cough).

Spoiler Alert! If you do not want to know what the Top 13 will be singing (and in which order), look away now. We mean it! Last chance. OK, you asked for it:

Lauren Alaina:
"Any Man of Mine" by Shania Twain

Casey Abrams:
"With A Little Help From My Friends" by The Beatles

Ashthon Jones: "When You Tell me That You Love Me" by Diana Ross

Paul McDonald: "Come Pick Me Up" by Ryan Adams

Pia Toscano:
"All By Myself" made popular by Celine Dion

James Durbin: "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney

Haley Reinhart:
"Blue" by LeAnn Rimes

Jacob Lusk:
"I Believe I Can Fly" by R.Kelly

Thia Megia:

Stefano Langone:
"Lately" by Stevie Wonder

Karen Rodriguez:

Scotty McCreery: "The River" by Garth Brooks

Naima Adedapo: "Umbrella" by Rihanna

What do you think of the Top 13's song choices? Who are you most looking forward to hearing Wednesday night? Have at it in the comments.
