'America's Got Talent': Michael Grimm vs. Taylor Mathews in a songwriter battle

michael-grimm-taylor-mathews-agt.jpg "America's Got Talent" has two singer-songwriters in the Top 10 with Michael Grimm and Taylor Mathews, both of whom are overwhelmed by the entire experience.

"It's ... wow ... it's an amazing experience," Grimm tells Zap2it. "I'm really blessed to have made it this far in this competition. It's a journey, a once-in-a-lifetime thing. I'm definitely enjoying every moment of it."

"I'm feeling great, the experience has been absolutely phenomenal," echoes Mathews. "My friends and my family have been here 110% for me, I want to give 110% back to America."

Both of them hope to use this experience to help them become professional singers. They couldn't tell us much about their upcoming performances, but they did tease a few things.

"I definitely can say that it's going to be very similar to 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' in my first audition," says Mathews.

"I'm going to do something a little different ... I'm going to take off my guitar, so I'm going to feel a little naked up there, a little vulnerable. But that's a good thing, I want to feel alive when I go out there," Grimm says.

"America's Got Talent" airs Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
