Everyone's favorite modeling competition is back when "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 21 premieres Monday (Aug. 18), continuing the new tradition of having both men and women competing.

The above trailer features the triumphant return of Miss J. Alexander (yay!) and the behind-the-scenes video below features Cory Hindorff from Cycle 20 talking about how excited he is to be back on "ANTM" as a special guest.

"I can't even express how honored I am to have been asked to come back here. ... I'm excited and I humbled and I'm happy to be here," says Cory. He also says the guys and girls of Cycle 21 look amazing and calls the competition "fierce."

The advice Cory has for the new competitors is to "not lose themselves." "It's very easy to lose yourself if you want it too much," says Cory. "You have to remember why you started this thing in the first place if you want to maintain a genuine character. That's something I definitely struggled with."

Finally, the last video goes behind the scenes with the producers, who are keeping the guys and girls separated until their first runway show.

"America's Next Top Model" returns Monday, Aug. 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
