What happens when your tattoo artist gets your vision exactly right, with the addition of one additional, off-putting flourish? That's when it's time to call up cover-up expert Tim Pangburn on "America's Worst Tattoos."

In the second of two episodes of the TLC series airing on April 10, Pangburn meets a woman who has what he feels is a pretty decent lower back tattoo, except for the fact the original artist decided to add a patch of grass at the base of a flower. The big problem with that improv ink is simple: The patch of grass sits squarely above the woman's bum crack, thus making it look hairy.

In the above Zap2it-exclusive clip, Pangburn pitches a cover-up that will hopefully remedy the tattoo situation the woman has found herself in for seven long years. But will she be happy with the fix? Only time will tell.

Back-to-back episodes of "America's Worst Tattoos" air tonight, April 10, starting at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
