Ann-Margret guest stars on 'Army Wives;' Michael Patrick King returns to TV

ann-margaret-wireimage.jpg Ann-Margret will guest star on an upcoming episode of Lifetime's "Army Wives." Margret will play Michael Holden's ( Brian McNamara) Aunt Edie in the episode titled "Guns & Roses," airing Sunday, May 9.

In other TV news, "Sex and the City" writer/producer/director Michael Patrick King is returning to television, reports Deadline Hollywood. King plans to launch his own TV production company based at WBTV where he will oversee the development of series projects. June is the target date for the deal, after he's done with "Sex and the City 2," which opens May 27.

Also, ABC has ordered six episodes of a classic Russian game show where teams work together to solve puzzles, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Called "The Six," six players have 60 seconds to solve non-trivia logic games as a team. Merv Griffin Entertainment will produce the game show.
