Welcome to "Arrested Development" Rewatch. Leading up to the release of Season 4, Zap2it will be taking a look back at the 53 episodes that made "AD" one of our most beloved TV comedies. Watch the first three seasons of "Arrested Development" on Netflix. Today we're covering the fourth episode of Season 3, "Notapusy," which premiered Nov. 7, 2005.

Most of "Notapusy" takes place at the "Church and State Fair," so named because the state was short on funding. Michael ( Jason Bateman) decides to enter a triathlon to show that he is a manly man and not a p**sy, as his British girlfriend, Rita ( Charlize Theron), implies. Since George Michael has an actual fear of sports, Michael teams up with Steve Holt. This makes Gob mad. George Michael also feels rejected and goes to join the army so he can be manly enough for his dad. Maeby (disguised as her handicapped twin, Surely) and Ann enter an "inner beauty" pageant, which Maeby promptly wins. Church and state collide again for Buster and George Sr., both of whom get caught up in the military and "startled straight" tents.

GIF-worthy scenes:

Jamie Kennedy (as Jamie Kennedy)

Milestones:
For the first time, we see how George Michael cowers in fear every time anyone throws something his way.

Huge mistakes:
Steve Holt gives Michael an "Oxy-Incontinence" pill. It's actually OxyContin. This does not go well for Michael. George Sr. goes into the "church-sponsored" Startled Straight tent and then steals a Popemobile replica in an attempt to escape from the fair. This does not go well for George Sr.

Most sexual tension:
Tobias proves George Michael is afraid of sex by insisting he "have some sex" with Ann right then. This makes George Michael very tense. Yes, I know this isn't what the phrase usually means.

Allusions to Tobias being gay:
"Within her lies a queen. Let me out that queen." -- Tobias

"Uh, I think you just did." -- Michael

"Ann, you need to decide if you want a man or a boy. I know how I'd answer." -- Tobias

Best narrator commentary:
"Michael had recently fallen bum over noggin for a beautiful English woman called Rita."

"I can't believe we had to bleep that. It would have been such a nice moment."

Next on "Arrested Development":

"Buster signs Steve Holt up for the army ... " (Gob protests that he wants to be a father. Until he finds out that Steve wouldn't actually leave for another two years.)

"And George Sr. finds out that a fake Popemobile can't stop real bullets." ("Thank God I wasn't in the Humvee!")
