"Arrow" comes back from its winter hiatus with a bang -- literally. In "Blast Radius," a new villain is going around Starling City and detonating bombs. Sebastian Blood, meanwhile, is stepping up his political campaigning and issues a challenge to the bomber.

It's a complicated situation. But don't worry -- this is why Oliver is a hero! If you want to know more than that, check out these five "Arrow" spoilers for some hints.

1. Several weeks have passed since the end of the previous "Arrow" episode. There's still a lot of fallout from those events though.

2. Thea is concerned that Roy is acting strange -- he came into work on time one day!

3. The bad guy of the week, Shrapnel ( Sean Maher), is only an evil exploder of things secretly. In his "real" life, he is a nice guy who waives the sales tax on presents for young children.

4. Oliver and Felicity share some moments. There are moments that will make Olicity fans happy and moments that will make Olicity fans sad -- not necessarily in that order.

5. This is an extremely important line for the episode and the rest of the upcoming season: "You can't trust Sebastian Blood." Not that this is news to the audience or anything -- we already knew that.

"Blast Radius" airs Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
