Nealon gave a chilling -- if brief -- account of what he saw just before 1 p.m. local time Saturday (Jan. 5):

The actor known for "Weeds" and "Saturday Night Live" noted shortly afterwards that emergency vehicles were quick to respond.

Understandably, Nealon did not want to fly home after what he had witnessed.

Nealon's view did not get any less grim over time.

Singer LeAnn Rimes Cibrian was at the airport as well and tweeted a brief message.

Another witness to the plane crash posted a snowy, confusing photo to his Twitter account.

The identity of the jet and information on any passengers were not immediately available.
