"Bates Motel" might be a very serious show, but the cast and crew are anything but when it comes time to venture to San Diego Comic-Con. During the "Bates" 2014 panel, showrunners Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin unveiled an audition reel for Season 1 that actually was anything but.

A&E released the hilarious video online, which can be watched above. There also was another funny video played during the panel where star Freddie Highmore put his degree in Spanish to good use by dubbing over some dramatic scenes in Spanish, telenovela style. Unfortunately that video will not be being released to the web.

During the panel, it was announced that Kenny Johnson's character Caleb, the brother of Norma Bates, will be a series regular in Season 3. "Bates Motel" will return in 2015 on A&E.
