Big changes are coming to "Beauty and the Beast" in Season 2. What sorts of changes? Spoilers and casting details for upcoming give us a hint of what Vincent and Catherine will have to deal with this fall.

Watch out for the "One Tree Hill" villain

Paul Johansson, who played the nefarious Dan Scott on "One Tree Hill," has been cast to guest-star in episode 6 of Season 2, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actor will play Kurt, an arrogant and powerful businessman in Manhattan and the father of Tori ( Amber Skye Noyes). Kurt has had a somewhat incredible rise in wealth over the previous few years, something that has made him paranoid. As a result, security surrounds both Kurt and his daughter.

Old friends, new threats

Two old friends will be visiting Vincent ( Jay Ryan) and Catherine ( Kristin Kreuk) this fall. TVGuide.com reports that Annie Ilonzeh ( "Arrow") will play Beth, a friend of Cat's who has become a journalist. When she visits, an inexplicable experience puts Beth on the alert.

Blair Redford ( "The Lying Game") will meanwhile play Zach, a former Army buddy of Vincent's. But Zach isn't just an old friend -- he is also a dangerous opponent and major threat.

He may even be a beast.

Family visit?

Vincent's family may start to appear in Season 2. First up is Aaron Keller, played by Bryan Dechart (as reported by TVLine). Aaron is an arson investigator who comes from an entire family of firefighters. Wanting to make a name for himself, will Aaron come up against Vincent?

New poster!

It's not much of a spoiler, but the "Beauty and the Beast" Season 2 poster is rather beautiful.
