The Bravo reality TV newbie was arrested in Arizona on Monday (Aug. 12) for intentional assault and defacing property, TMZ reports. Law enforcement sources tell the website that Lebeau allegedly entered into a physical altercation with his fiancee and "took her to the ground."

His fiancee, who remains unidentified, reportedly told police that Lebeau choked her, though she owns up to having struck him as well. The incident left Lebeau with a scratch on his face.

As for his defacing property charge, Lebeau is also accused of breaking his (hopefully foamier) fiancee's cell phone during the fight. As of press time, he remains in custody in a Phoenix jail.

This isn't Lebeau's first brush with the law, either. He also has an open case in Arizona from a marijuana-related arrest in May.

Lebeau's bio on Bravo's website describes the marine engineer as a philanthropist with a "rebellious side," who "gets out of most sticky situations with his witty flirtation and likable personality."

Looks like this rebel has his work cut out for him. Do judges respond well to witty flirtation?
