Fans of Benedict Cumberbatch will surely be saddened to hear that the "Sherlock" star will not also be starring in everything else cool. Specifically, Cumberbatch has now directly said that he will not appear in either "Doctor Who" or the upcoming "Star Wars" movies.

The actor denied involvement in both projects -- about which rumors have been circulating -- during a panel at the Oz Comic-Con in Perth, Australia on Saturday (April 12).

Cumberbatch seemed a little disappointed not to be involved with "Star Wars," based on a tweet by The Iris:

When it came to "Doctor Who," however -- a project he could almost definitely join, since "Sherlock" shares executive producers Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss with "Doctor Who" -- Cumberbatch seemed to have little interest.

Apparently, starring in "Sherlock" and a bunch of movies is enough for one actor.
