To bring you up to speed on "Big Brother 14," Willie as the first Head of Household nominated Kara and Frank for eviction. The house seems to be pretty evenly split on who they are gunning for.

Playing for Power of Veto are Willie, Kara, Frank, Shane, Wil and Danielle. After the feeds were down for a couple of hours this afternoon, it was revealed that Shane won POV. It sounds like Danielle played pretty hard to help Kara win and they still couldn't pull it off. The competition looks like it involved dollars and coins in some way, but we don't think anyone won any actual money.

Shane will probably not use the POV and if Willie has his way, Frank is staying in the house. But Janelle's team wants Kara to stay pretty badly. This might actually be a pretty close vote this week.

In other news, Ashley was out of the house for awhile today. She has been suffering from back spasms from sleeping on the rivet-y slabs in the Have-Not room, so presumably she saw a doctor. She wasn't gone very long.

What do you think, hamster fans?
