big-brother-16-aug-21-2014.jpgThe live eviction episode for "Big Brother 16" this week was kind of a giant snoozefest at first -- we all knew Zach Rance was getting the boot this week, so it was a lot of thumb-twidling waiting for the jury member returns twist to be unleashed on the houseguests.

The only interesting thing that happens is that Donny informs Christine how she is about to be the Britney Haynes of this season and it might be in her best interest to work with Donny and Zach. But Christine is not swayed. Zach is evicted 5-0.

But now we get to the good stuff. The four jurors are back to compete to return to the house. Unfortunately, it's not a giant Head of Household competition like last year. This one is just between the four jury members. It's a really creative contest involving sliding discs onto a spinning turntable.

After seven rounds of sliding disks, Nicole Franzel is back in the game. Well, Zach was the one I was hoping for the most, but Nicole was No. 2, so that's OK.

Check back with Zap2it later tonight and tomorrow to find out who the new Head of Household is in the BB16 house.
