'Biggest Loser' winner Rachel Frederickson gains 20 pounds: 'My perfect weight'

biggest-loser-rachel-frederickson-winner.jpg After the controversy surrounding her shocking weight loss on "The Biggest Loser" last season, Rachel Frederickson faced a lot of scrutiny over whether she should have been allowed to win by dramatically dropping an unhealthy 155 lbs -- over half of what she weighed at the beginning of the competition.

By the end of the season, the 5'4" Frederickson weighed 105 pounds. She was eating 1600 calories and working out six hours per day. It was unhealthy, and even her trainers didn't seem happy with her state.

But two months after the controversial finale reveal aired, she's gained back 20 lbs, bringing her weight up to 125 pounds. And Frederickson is happy with the gain, calling it "my perfect weight."

Frederickson reveals to Us Weekly that she's more focused on eating healthy than losing weight. "I loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo," Frederickson says. "It's not the end of the world."
