rachel-frederickson-the-biggest-NBC-training.jpg Rachel Frederickson raised some eyebrows when she returned to "The Biggest Loser" for the live finale and had dropped to a startling 105 pounds on a 5'4" frame. She now reveals to People that in the months between when the show wrapped and the live finale, she was eating 1600 calories and working out six hours per day -- which she admits may have been pushing herself too far.

"Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic in my training to get to the finale," says Frederickson, though when asked straight-out if she has an eating disorder, she says, "I am very, very healthy."

The show's executive producer Dave Broome says that for her entire involvement with the show, Rachel was carefully monitored, including the days before the finale. "Rachel passed all the required medical testes ensuring she was healthy," says the EP.

However, the producers are said to be considering some small tweaks in the show that would provide more check-ins with contestants after they are eliminated from the ranch and back home trying to eat right and work out on their own, according to sources.
