ruben-studdard-the-biggest-loser-season-15-nbc.jpgA familiar face is coming to Season 15 of "The Biggest Loser": Season 2 winner of "American Idol," Ruben Studdard. Though the show's hasn't yet had its season premiere, the crooner is opening up about how he'll maintain a healthier lifestyle once the show wraps.

During a phone interview with the AP on Friday (Sept. 27), Studdard said the key to continue his weight loss would be taking two hours a day for himself. "That's what I've been taught, as you know," he says. "I have to get up every day and give myself the two hours that I need to keep myself together before I even get into any music stuff, and that's just going to have to be how I do it."

With a starting weight of 462 pounds, Studdard is determined to change his unhealthy lifestyle once the show ends. "[I will] give every day of my life some Ruben time," he adds.

"The Biggest Loser" returns for Season 15 on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
