Bill Hudson pens tell-all about ex Goldie Hawn, daughter Kate Hudson
Bill Hudson, father of Kate Hudson and ex-husband of Goldie Hawn, has penned a scathing tell-all entitled "2 Versions: The Other Side of Fame and Family." The book promises to reveal some less-than-savory details about Goldie and daughter Kate, who Bill Hudson calls "a spoiled brat."
Hudson and Goldie Hawn were married in 1976 and had two children, Kate and Oliver, before divorcing in 1980; Goldie's next beau, Kurt Russell, helped Hawn raise the kids. Hudson's book explores this difficulty, as it "talks about how parents can often become alienated from their children when they don't have primary custody."
Hudson is pulling no punches. As reported by RadarOnline, Hudson accused his daughter of not visiting or calling her grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Hudson "love[s] Kate, but...She has done stuff which is just awful. She is a spoiled brat in my eyes and...she should help her grandmother.
Hudson's book promises to dish details on Goldie, Kate and second ex-wife Cindy Williams of "Laverne & Shirley" fame. The book will be released on Nov. 1. "Bird on a Wire" fans should make sure to pre-order.
