Lively has been named the "most desirable woman of 2011" in an annual survey of users on AskMen.com. The "Gossip Girl" star shot all the way up from No. 85 in last year's rankings and beat out the likes of Mila Kunis (No. 2), Sofia Vergara (No. 3), and Victoria's Secret models Selita Ebanks (No. 4) and Miranda Kerr (No. 5).

AskMen has also named Beyoncé its "woman of the decade" for having appeared in the most desirable women list nine times in the past 10 years, including taking the top spot in 2007. Voters this year placed her at No. 23.

James Bassil, the editor in chief of AskMen, says that more than half of the 99 women on the 2011 list are new. Among them: "Glee" star Lea Michele, "Mad Men's" Jessica Pare, hip-hop artist Nicki Minaj and soon-to-be royal bride Kate Middleton.

Here are the top 10 on list. AskMen has all 99 of them.

3. Sofia Vergara
4. Selita Ebanks
5. Miranda Kerr
6. Cheryl Cole
7. Scarlett Johansson
