'Bones' gets a late start and other FOX fall premiere dates

bones-finale-6-ratings.jpgFOX's fall premiere dates will be spread out over most of the fall, with "The X Factor" and the World Series conspiring to keep "Bones" off the air until November.

The network's rollout to the 2011-12 season will also include a two-hour premiere for "Terra Nova" on Sept. 26, the new comedy "New Girl" sandwiched between "Glee" and "Raising Hope" on Sept. 20 and "Fringe" returning to Fridays starting Sept. 23.

"The X Factor" will kick off with a pair of two-hour episodes on Wednesday, Sept. 21, and Thursday, Sept. 22. Two-hour shows will continue through October (along with pre-emptions for the baseball playoffs and World Series), and "Bones" will have its premiere on Thursday, Nov. 3.

That's not the latest premiere on the schedule, though: The comedy "I Hate My Teenage Daughter" won't debut until the day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday, Nov. 23, following a 90-minute "X Factor."
