"Botched" is the latest reality show sensation, with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif trying to help patients who have had plastic surgery gone horribly wrong.

In the Season 1 finale, there are two extreme cases. Above, Monique, "the people's tranny," talks about how she's had "a gallon of liquid silicone" injected into her body over the years.

"I didn't have any problems for a good 10 years, but then it started migrating. That's when I started my quest of reconstruction surgery," says Monique. She also adds that she had her first face-lift at age 29, has had her brows lifted, her cheeks augmented and more nose jobs than she can even count.

Below, a woman undergoes surgery with Drs. Dubrow and Nassif to correct her deformed lip and unsupported, uneven nose. The doctors make a startling discovery when they open up her lips, but be warned -- the video is a little graphic.

"Botched" Season 1 finale airs Sunday (Aug. 17) at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on E!
