Box Office: 'Oblivion's' $38 million is fourth-best opening weekend of 2013

It earned just over $38 million in its first weekend, which is the fourth-best opening weekend for a movie in 2013, behind "Oz the Great and Powerful," "The Croods" and "G.I. Joe: Retaliation."

Coming in second was "42," the Jackie Robinson flick, at just over $18 million in its second weekend of release. "The Croods" was third at $9.5 million, "Scary Movie 5" was fourth at $6.3 million and "G.I. Joe" was fifth at $5.78 million.
