There wasn't much of a battle at the box office Friday (August 30). The clear leader of the pack was the 3D concert film, "One Direction: This is Us." Fans can't get enough of Harry Styles and his boy band buddies, leading to $8.9 million on Friday.

The week's other wide release, "Getaway," seems to be facing a fairly quick death. The movie is Selena Gomez's follow up to "Spring Breakers," and also stars  Ethan Hawke and Jon Voight. Even though it was on over 2,000 screens, the movie only pulled in $1.4 million.

Elsewhere, "Lee Daniels' The Butler" holds strong at number 2, with $3.62 million, while "The World's End" drops to number 8 in its second week of release.
