The film, which stars Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron, won the Friday (June 1) box office with just over $20 million. In addition to its domestic take, the movie also made nearly $40 million internationally, this according to Deadline. In claiming the top spot, "Snow White" knocked down last week's winner "Men in Black 3." The alien comedy earned $8.1 million.

"The Avengers" continues to hold strong. The super hero film came in third with $5.6 million. It's already earned well over $500 million, and a sequel is, no surprise, in the works.

Rounding out the top five are "What To Expect When You're Expecting" with $1.4 million and Sacha Baron Cohen's "The Dictator." The comedy made $1.4 million, pushing it over the $50 million mark in cumulative box office.
