Box Office: 'Tangled' snares 'Harry Potter's' lead Friday

Disney's "Tangled" climbed up to the top spot at the domestic box office Friday with an estimated $5 million, just ahead of the $4.8 million from "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"The Warrior's Way," the weekend's only wide release, debuted at far down at No. 9 with just $1 million on Friday.

"Black Swan," the limited release ballet film starring Natalie Portman, did well with $425,872 for just 18 screens.

The box office Top 10 for Friday:

1. "Tangled" - $5 million
2. "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" - $4.8 million
3. "Burlesque" - $2 million
4. (TIE) "Unstoppable" and "Love and Other Drugs"- $1.9 million
6. "Due Date" - $1.4 million
7. "Faster" - $1.2 million
8. "Megamind" - $1.17 million
9. "The Warrior's Way" - $1.1 million
10. "The Next Three Days" - $805,000
