'Breaking Bad' joins 'The Walking Dead' at Comic-Con

The panel for "Dead," which attracted a huge audience for its premiere Comic-Con outing -- even before the show aired -- will host its panel in the massive Hall H this year, the convention center's largest facility. Chris Hardwick, host of the grim zombie series' popular live after-show "Talking Dead," will moderate the panel on Friday, July 13 at 1:25 p.m.

"The Walking Dead" panelists include nearly the entire veteran cast: Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun and Lauren Cohan -- as well as third-season newcomers David Morrisey (The Governor) and Danai Gurira (Michonne). Joining them onstage (they better have an extra-long table) will be executive producer and showrunner Glen Mazzara, comic-book creator and EP Robert Kirkman, EP Gale Anne Hurd, and co-EP and special effects master Greg Nicotero.

"Breaking Bad's" panel will be held later Friday evening, at 6:45 p.m., in Ballroom 20. Emmy winners Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul will join castmembers Anna Gunn, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte, Jonathan Banks and the dark comedy-drama's creator and EP, Vince Gilligan. "Bad's" fifth and final season premieres a few days later, July 15, featuring Walter White (Cranston) as the self-appointed king of Albuquerque's meth trade.

Kevin Smith rounds out the AMC's San Diego itinerary with his unscripted "Comic Book Men" in a night owl slot: Saturday, July 14 at 10 p.m. in Hall H.
