'Breaking Dawn - Part 2': Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart talk about becoming parents

"I like working with kids. I like working with animals," Pattinson says at Thursday's (Nov. 1) "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" press conference on working with Foy. "It makes you feel like you're not acting as soon as you have someone there who is providing something to react to. Especially, working with a baby."

Stewart's material instinct toward Foy was strong when filming.

"I think that it might be something that you're sort of born with or not born with -- [some people] have really strong desires to be a mom," Stewart says. "There was never enough about that in the script for me."

She continues, "it really feeds into the [fact that] vampires have a slightly more animalistic nature -- what better way to show that."

It also sounds like Stewart may have been able to draw from her experience with her own mother when portraying Bella as a mom.

"I have a great relationship with my mom, and she can be a bit feral when it comes to being a mom," Stewart says. "I can't wait to be a mom. But I can wait."

"Breaking Dawn - Part 2" hits theaters on Nov. 16.
