Britney Spears talks new album: 'I'm going on tour in early summer'

britney-spears-femmefatale.jpgBritney Spears paid a visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Friday, Mar. 4, to promote the release of her seventh studio album "Femme Fatale," which drops Mar. 29. It was the pop princess' first radio interview about the new record, which she calls "my best work yet."

"I love the album, I actually listened to it on the way over here. It's definitely something that you want to work out to. It's definitely upbeat," Spears says. " Will.i.am's on the record and I'm a dancer so it's definitely something I can work with. It's just really fun, it's a really really fun record."

Britney also premiered the final version of the album's second single, "'Til The World Ends," which was written by pop star Ke$ha. Britney reveals that it's actually her favorite song on the album. "I like it. It's just a good energy."

Ryan also asked if Britney will be touring anytime soon. "I'm supposed to be going on tour," Spears answered before her manager, Larry Rudolph, added, "early summer."

Ms. Britney opened up a bit about her longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick, saying, "He's definitely ripped. He just got on this health kick." When asked what they do in their downtime, she says, "We're really normal. We just like to watch movies, we work out a lot, we take walks."
