With a combined $1.3 billion from the first two installments, it should come as no surprise that "Kung Fu Panda 3" is in the works. The main players from the cast of the previous parts are returning, including Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, and Seth Rogen.
THR reports that "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston and "Pitch Perfect" standout Rebel Wilson are joining the voice cast, as well. They aren't the only new voices in the project, as "Hannibal's" Mads Mikkelsen will also have a role.
No plot details have been released, though Dreamworks says the movie "follows Po (Black), the chosen one, as he continues on his journey mastering the art of Kung Fu ... and noodle slurping." "Kung Fu Panda 3" is scheduled for theaters on December 23, 2015.
