'Buffy' star Emma Caulfield searches for love in 'Timer'

Forget Match.com.  And no more single bars. An unusually intelligent new rom-com "Timer" has a better idea. The film is set in an alternate version of LA, in a time when people get timers implanted in their arms that will beep when they lock eyes with their true love.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Emma Caulfield plays the almost 30-year-old Oona, who unfortunately has a blank timer, which means that her soul mate is either dead or doesn't have a timer.

So she frantically dates men without timers in the hopes of finding her "one" and keeps getting disappointed when she gets her guys to get timers and they don't turn out to be her true love.
