After taking several swings, Brendon ran away. Bad decision. When the cops caught up to him, they tasered him and held him on $20,000 bail.

TMZ reports that Brendon has officially been charged with one count resisting arrest, two counts of battery against a police officer and one count of vandalism. He'll be arraigned in court on April 7 and faces a $4,000 fine and 2 years in jail if he's convicted.
