'Camp' preview video: Rachel Griffiths leads campers in summertime craziness

"Camp," NBC's new summer series starring Rachel Griffiths ( "Brothers & Sisters," "Six Feet Under"), is a cheerful romp through the adventures and zaniness of the Little Otter Family Camp. A preview video for the show, which starts in July, gives a little of the flavor that viewers can expect.

Unfortunately, there is not much in the way of plot given away here. There is obviously some tension that exists between the camp director (Griffiths) and Roger. A bunch of teens are acting like the immature, hormonal creatures that they are. Many of the camp's residents seem to be set to spend quality time in the infirmary for various outdoor ailments.

Basically, it's a lot like most camps. But camps are a popular thing, so that's probably for the best!

What activities can the families visiting Little Otter look forward to? Based on the preview video, the camp has:

  • Sailboats
  • Fishing
  • Tree climbing
  • Costumes
  • Sex
  • Plumbing
  • Swimming
  • Group dances
  • Masturbation
  • Camp fires

At least some of that looks like it could be a lot of fun.

"Camp" premieres Wednesday, July 10 at 10pm on NBC
